Holy Trinity students challenge police to basketball game


LACONIA — Holy Trinity Catholic School basketball teams, under the direction of Athletic Director Stephen Greenwood, will be hosting a basketball game against the Laconia Police Department this Saturday, Oct 21, beginning at 10:30 a.m. To show the school's appreciation and gratitude for the city's police officers, the pre-K and kindergarten classes will be making blessing bags for the officers, and will be handing them out after the game. The public is invited come and watch the game. Pictured in back in the back row are Holy Trinity School basketball players Jet Wang, Ella Dion, and school Athletic Director Stephen Greenwood, who will be taking part in a basketball game against a team of Laconia police officers. who will be presenting appreciation gifts to the officers after the game.
