Holly captioned the post: "This photo of my Mum was taken on her 40th birthday at the party she had in the garden. The blonde star found herself crying happy tears throughout the show, and said she felt "so lucky" to be having such a wonderful birthday. I feel so lucky and very blessed, thank you very much," Holly told Phillip and guest Gok Wan.
