Hockey ID is an adapted version of hockey designed for players with an intellectual disability. “It’s really important to me to show other people all that Hockey ID has to offer. There are people that play with wheelchairs, and all the coaches at England Hockey are really lovely. The championships, that will take place between 28 July to 8 August 2027, will feature 12 men’s and 12 women’s teams as well as Hockey ID teams, and will see the Pool games and quarterfinals take place at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre.
