The officers' families at the RNZAF's Hobsonville base had the best houses back in the 1930s – just look at the stunning waterfront location of these heritage homes. WINTONS The heritage officers' houses at Hobsonville Point, which once belonged to the RNZAF, are being sold with completed exteriors and original (liveable) interiors. Listing agent Kirsten Bishop of Bayleys says the houses are all original '30s houses on 1100 square-metre freehold sites. The houses have all been rewired and the landscaping has been done, but the interior is in its original state.
