HoR postpones today’s sessionBy Sami Zaptia. Dusseldorf, 10 September 2018:The House of Representatives has postponed today’s session to “the end of the week or to next week”. It will be recalled that this was going to be yet another important HoR session planned to vote on a constitutional amendment needed for the referendum law. According to Libya’s current temporary constitution, a referendum is needed to approve or reject the draft constitution. It is hoped that Libya can organize elections in order to exit its current weak “transitional” political and constitutional state and start rebuilding strong state institutions.
