Libya’s parliament, the House of Representatives (HoR), today named the six members of the Board of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL). Rida Gargab – Worked at the Audit Bureau Amer Karkar – Ali Omran‎ –The six CBL board members join Naji Issa the Governor and his Deputy Marei Al-Barassi. The CBL, in a statement issued today, welcomed the HoR announcement of the six board members. The naming of the board members should, in theory at least, end the CBL crisis triggered this summer by the Presidency Council when they replaced the Governor Saddek El-Kaber.
