Fort Myers and Sanibel didn’t give up on the Island Hopper Songwriting Fest, encouraging both songwriters and sponsors to get on board. The lush landscape and pristine beaches on Florida’s south-central Gulf Coast make the perfect backdrop for the annual Island Hopper Songwriter Fest. Wandering the picturesque community of Captiva Island is taking a step back to a friendlier, slower-paced time. This year’s fifth annual Island Hopper Songwriter Fest will be held Sept. 21-30, 2018.
