Rouxle Le Roux has been charged with breaching the conditions of her sentence of home detention for the crash that killed 15-year-old Nathan Kraatskow. A hit-and-run driver who killed a 15-year-old cyclist will return to court after allegedly breaching her home detention conditions. Le Roux was found guilty of dangerous driving causing death and was sentenced to 11 months home detention in December. A Corrections spokeswoman confirmed on Tuesday that Le Roux had been charged with breaching a condition of her sentence of home detention.
