By Barbara Tetreault and Margaret McKenzieSarah Hendrickson prepares to make her historic run off the Nansen Ski Jump on March 4. Although she was born in Salt Lake City, her parents had lived in Plymouth, where her father once helped build a ski jump. She described the ski jump as "a little funky," noting it has a long in-run and the landing is steep. Ben Wilson, director of the New Hampshire Bureau of Historic Resources, spoke about how his agency is working with the Friends of Nansen Ski Jump committee to further restore the jump.
