But did you know that a lot of people hire an army of ‘mini-mes’? If their CV falls slightly short, ease of conversation seems to make it less of a problem, doesn’t it? But what if your endeavour to select staff to fit what the company is means that you are simply hiring people with the same strengths and weaknesses as you? The board of directors were all so similar it was counter-productive, especially as one of their similarities was stubbornness! But to have a team with very similar strengths and weaknesses is unbalanced and hampers progress.
