Trump’s mysterious early-morning “covfefe” tweet was widely considered a typo, but White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer insisted later in the day that the word had a specific meaning. “The president and a small group of people know exactly what he meant,” he said. “I thought it was a hidden message to the Russians,” Clinton said during an appearance at the Code Conference.
