Patrick Gower: On Weed director Justin Hawkes​ also won Best Documentary Director for the programme. Stuff Circuit won Best Current Affairs for its documentaries last year, including Life + Limb, Infinite Evil, and The Fraudster. Himesh Patel, an English actor known for his role on EastEnders, won Best Actor for playing Emery Staines on The Luminaries. It also dominated craft categories, including Best Cinematographer, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, Best Makeup Design and Best Post Production Design.
