Traffic is once again moving along Highway 3 after a vehicle incident closed the roadway in both directions for hours on Sunday. The initial closure happened 25 kilometres west of Manning Park. Around 7:30 p.m. PT the roadway opened to single lane alternating traffic. Drive BC says there will be delays due to congestion.
