One person is dead after a fatal hit-and-run collision on Highway 102 near Stewiacke, N.S., early Friday morning. The collision caused traffic to be diverted at exits 10 and 11, but the highway has since reopened. The crash happened at 12:16 a.m. on the southbound ramp at Exit 11, say RCMP. The name of the victim has not been released.
