According to independent meteorologist Wu Der-rong (吳德榮), wet and cooler weather conditions would prevail across Taiwan into tomorrow. Temperatures are expected to rise again on Wednesday and Thursday, before a seasonal northeasterly system arrives on Friday, Wu said.
