The Salisbury University class of 2027 is the largest freshman class in the institution’s history, with a number exceeding 1,370 students. Margaret Abler, an SU freshman and Arundel High School graduate, struggled to catch up with assigned reading notes in preparation for her first Political Science exam. Lacking the experience of upperclassmen who have found effective ways to manage their academic stress, freshman students at SU and other institutions are at a considerable disadvantage.
