All incoming travelers from high-risk areas including India and Bangladesh will have to provide detailed proof that they don't have the disease starting from today. Those who showed a negative results will be allowed to go to the hotel for which they made the reservation to continue the 14-day compulsory quarantine until completion. Anyone who knowingly provides false information will be charged a fine of HK$10,000 and six months in jail.
