The National Assembly resumes today for the final session with a full in-tray, which includes the resurrection of the two-third gender bill. Kenyans will be crossing their fingers to see if the two-third gender bill, which has flopped twice in the House, will receive support this time round. The National Assembly will adjourn for the August 8 polls on June 15. National Assembly majority leader Aden Duale has already given an undertaking to rally lawmakers to pass the crucial Bill. MPs also plan to focus on The Health Bill, 2015, aimed at consolidating health-related matters into one Bill for ease.
