The four defendants, including a Saudi expatriate, Kamrul Islam, are charged with the murder of 13-year-old Rajon. Rajon was beaten to death for alleged theft at Sylhet's Kumargaon on Jul 8, 2015. The HC bench of Justice Jahangir Hossain and Justice Md Jahangir Hossain will decide on the death sentence awarded to the four on Apr 11. The main accused of the case Kamrul Islam fled to Saudi Arabia two days after the death of Rajon. Jahir told bdnews24.com the High Court has heard the case on 19 working days so far.
