The High Court bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice KM Hafizul Alam withdrew the petition on Monday and ordered the trial to be completed within six months. Barrister Anik R Haque represented Barrister Aminul Haque at the hearing. ACC lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan said:“The High Court’s stay on the Barapukuria graft case had been in effect since 2009 after Barrister Aminul Haque’s petition. After a long deliberation on the rule, the court has dismissed it today.”“The court has ordered the trial to be completed in six months. On Sept 18, 2015 the High Court bench of Justice Md Nuruzzaman and Justice Abdur Rab dismissed that petition.
