The virtual bench of Muhammad Abdul Hafiz and Justice Mohammad Ali passed the order on Wednesday. Senior lawyers Zainul Abedin and Nitai Roy Chowdhury represented Nipun and her bail plea during the hearing, while Deputy Attorney General Harun Aur Rashid represented the state. A case was also filed against her at Hazaribagh police station in this regard. Nipun was also shown arrested in another case filed by Jatrabari police on charges of illegal assembly, serious injury and attempted murder.
