The High Court will deliver it’s verdict any day now on the appeal and death reference of Oishee Rahman who was convicted of killing her parents in 2013. The High Court bench of Justice Jahangir Hossain and Justice Md Jahangir Hossain announced the decision on Sunday after concluding a 13-day long hearing. A Dhaka court found Oishee guilty of murder and sentenced her to death on November 12, 2015. In December 2015, she moved to an appeal with the High Court praying for acquittal from the all charges. Her death reference also reached the court for approval.
