PHOTO | FILEThe Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has cautioned members of the public against a fake Facebook account bearing the name of one of its commissioners, which is sharing explicit messages. The commission, in a statement on Wednesday, said the account purporting to belong to JSC commissioner Justice Aggrey Muchelule was not genuine. “The Commission wishes to notify the general public that on 27th September 2016, a Facebook account purporting to belong to Commissioner Judge Aggrey Muchelule was created,” said head of communication at JSC, Morton Saulo. The judge beat four others in the elections, which were conducted by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission during the Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association annual conference in Nairobi.
