PYEONGCHANG – The so-called Prince of Quebec, an athlete everyone in French Canada can identify by face and name and bright wide smile, could walk down almost any street in English Canada and barely be noticed. He can get a little bigger in Quebec but he’s already a major star there, having won on the World Cup circuit. Alex Harvey was born seven months after the Calgary Olympics, the last Winter Games his father Pierre performed as an athlete.
