The accused was apprehended near a government hospital in Rohini with 200 gm of high-quality heroin worth ₹1 crore in his possession, they said. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rohini) Rajneesh Gupta said Vinod, a resident of Mangolpuri, was apprehended near Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital on Tuesday. “We received a tip-off on Tuesday regarding his presence near Rohini west metro station. A team comprising sub-inspector Amarjeet, head constables Yashveer and Yogesh, and constable Ravinder arrested Vinod,” said Mr. Gupta.
