Enraged by the confrontation, the 47-year-old went home to grab and knife which he used to stab Mr Brown with just minutes later. Prosecutor Margaret Barron said: “Mr Morgan had become aware of Devlin being nearby. “He and Mr Brown began to 'pull him up' for hanging around the front of Mr Morgan's house whilst under the influence. He intercepted Mr Brown as he was heading back to the pub and stabbed him in a brutal public attacked witnessed by several people. Despite making it back to his home where his mum tried to help, Mr Brown collapsed in his kitchen and was rushed to hospital.
