Rebecca Johnston went into labour earlier this month, just as snowfall was causing disruption across Scotland and parts of north England. The 22-year-old from Midlothian Scotland, was already in the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary after experiencing contractions Edinburgh Live reports. "At about 3am my waters went so called my fiancé to come back in but by then the weather was really bad. "He then called Capital Cars, in Edinburgh, who said a taxi would collect him in 20 minutes but 40 minutes later and three cancelled cars, there still no taxi. He added: "A lady I picked up last year was only out the taxi and the baby was there 20 minutes later."
