A while back, Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley who played onscreen brothers, Damon Salvatore and Stefan Salvatore reunited and posted photos on their respective Instagram pages. In the photos, Ian and Paul are seen twinning in black outfits and posing while holding a glass of Bourbon in their hand. One of the US-based entertainment portals took to their Instagram page and shared the photo while tagging Nina, who played Elena on the show.
