MTN’s market share for the month under review, however, stood at 53.54% and continued to lead the telecommunication market. Its voice subscription at the end of October 2019 stood at 722,589, with a market share of 1.80%. According to the National Communication Authority (NCA), Vodafone also witnessed a decrease in its voice subscription rate by 78,431, representing 0.83% decline. Data (2G/3G)For data, MTN led the market with a huge 68.74% market share for 2G/3G.
