Instead of dispersing groups of youths, officers were tasked with shepherding a herd of trouble-making goats, away from roaming the streets. The gang of Great Orme goats were seen taking advantage of deserted roads during the nationwide lockdown and came back for more on Monday. And they were probably going to run riot on the town, what with nobody being about due to the lockdown. But they were being very naughty.’Great Orme goats are renowned in the area for causing trouble, causing damage to a local primary school this month. Their herd is thought to be 120-strong, living in the North Wales mountains, and their ancestors came from Kashmir, India.
