04 Dec 2023| 07:21am ISTSC hearing on Mhadei dispute now on Dec 6Team HeraldPANJIM: The Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the Goa government challenging the verdict of the Mhadei Water Disputes Tribunal will now come up for hearing before the Supreme Court on Wednesday, December 6. Last week, the Mhadei diversion matter failed to come up for hearing after being listed for two days. Goa, Karnataka and Maharashtra were hinted that the matters which did not come up for hearing will be listed next week. Advocate General Devidas Pangam and his four-member legal team, Water Resources chief engineer Pramod Badami and his technical team, two consultants Chetan Pandit and M K Shrinivas will leave for Delhi on Tuesday. The revised DPR was approved for implementation of the decades-old Kalasa-Bhandura projects in the Mhadei river basin.
