Speaking to O Heraldo SP Crime Rahul Gupta said 'the nature of the complaint from the police station to the Crime Branch does not change"SP Gupta added that though there are two sections i.e. 365 and 427 of IPC in the first FIR more sections and accused persons will continue to be added to the case diary. When he was asked if Pooja Sharma be arrested, he said, "It depends on the emerging facts. It has not been verified whether she is related to a highly placed IPS officer"Meanwhile commenting on the purported report sent by Anjuna PI levelling serious allegations against the DGP, SP Crime said "It is an unnamed document.
