The emphasis on defence production for our national needs and strategic self-sufficiency is acceptable but we should not export any arms and armaments. With China, if there is a war India cannot win and therefore we have to prop up our defensive positions. At the end of the day, judicious and wise utilisation of water are the cornerstones for water security.
