These private agencies has taken additional measures to minimise dust pollution by mobilising certain equipment such as skid steer sweeper to remove the dust mechanically. All these measures had improved the situation considerably, Rodrigues has stated in his compliance report. It further discloses that safety gear is provided to all the workers at the site with photographic proof. A total of 870 metres of road length had been milled as on April 15. The Court has also asked the IPSCDL managing director and CEO to file another compliance report by June 10 and has posted the matter for further hearing on June 11.
