Herald has accessed the investigating report plus the note the Narco wing has put out on Borkar and all the contacts in his drug supply chain, where several interesting names have been revealed. The fact that he still continues to operate eight later, is a measure of how slack the system has been. After the arrest, Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) brought in the Osmania University Police, into the investigation a fortnight ago. Borkar alias Khali was also caught red-handed by the Anti-Narcotics police, Panjim in 2014, and a case under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act was registered against him.
