Director of Environment Dashrath Redkar said the Union Ministry has signed the notification approving CZMP 2011 of Goa on Thursday. The final plan comprises sites of archaeological and heritage importance, fishing infrastructure and structures of the Captain of Ports and the River Navigation Department. It has removed all other structures from the final plan along with port limits. Redkar said the High Tide Line (HTL) is as per 2011 CRZ notification i.e. 0-200 metres will be No Development Zone (NDZ) and from 200 to 500 metres constructions are subject to approval.
