03 Mar 2023| 06:06am ISTCM says will try to find solutions to railway double trackingTeam HeraldVASCO: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday said that he will try to find solutions to railway double tracking wherever possible and alleged that some elements were trying to politicise the issue. Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated two National Cyclone Disaster Mitigation centres in Sancoale and Cuelim. The cyclone centres have a capacity to shelter about 400 to 500 people during disaster and are cyclone proof. Eleven such centres are being built all over Goa with all facilities under the National Cyclone Risk Management Project-II (funded by World Bank), he said. WRD Minister Shubash Shirodkar, Cortalim MLA Antonio Vas, ZP Members Anita Thorat and Merciana Vas and panchayat members were present.
