STUDENTS studying BSc Real Estate offered at the University of Reading Malaysia (UoRM) will not only be recognised as real estate professionals globally but also can practice as they are equipped with a business mindset. “There is a shortage of qualified real estate professionals, particularly in fast-developing Asian countries where real estate continues to boom. Real Estate Finance Associate Prof Dr Patrick Lecomte mentioned that there are many different career pathways in the real estate industry. The Henley Business School’s Real Estate Programme will be holding its intake in September. SPM, ICGSE and equivalent holders can enrol onto the international Foundation Programme - Real Estate pathway.
