She said she urgently needed the helpline last week after several "unnerving" events had triggered extreme anxiety. "All of a sudden [the helpline] is just gone and people don't know that. The woman has relied on regular therapy and the helpline since moving from Auckland at the beginning of the year. It's been people who know what they're doing, they're really competent and they really care," she said.
