(Photo by Assawin Wongnorkaew)A depression southeast of Hainan will land in upper Vietnam on Wednesday and Thursday and bring heavy rain to the Northeast, the North and the East of Thailand, according to the Meteorological Department forecast issued on Tuesday. It was moving westwards at 18kph and would be in upper Vietnam on Wednesday and Thursday. Consequently there would be heavy rain in many provinces in the Northeast, the North and the East on these two days. The storm would also bring rain to the Central Plains, Mr Phuwieng said.
