Albert Ato Hammond’s grabbed a consolation for the visitors but it was not enough as the return to cape coast empty-handed. Few minutes into the half, Kofi Kordzi won and expertly curled a free-kick to put the Phobians two goals up. Buoyed by the consolation, Dwarfs were close to grabbing the equalizer after Amos Nkrumah’s was grabbed by Richie Attah. The Phobians held on to win their first game of the season at the Accra sports stadium.
