A 'heartbroken' British model, 21, died suddenly at home following a night out with friends - just 10 months after her mother died of cancer. Model agency boss Cathy Martin said Miss O'Neill had hit an 'impasse' after her mother's death left her heartbroken and 'struggling terribly'. Miss Martin said the young star was working to 'keep her head above water' but that her grief and made life 'very hard'. She added that Miss O'Neill had the world at her feet and that her passing would leave many 'totally devastated'. In the months leading up to her death, Miss Martin says that supportive friends encouraged her to reach out in her times of need.
