Alice Simpson, six, arrived in the UK with her grandparents Ian and Linda Simpson, both 69, after spending all her life in China with them and Jack, eight. But their dad Michael, an executive with clothing chain Next, was stabbed to death by his estranged wife, Wei Wei Fu, in a jealous rage in his Shangai apartment in March 2017. And Mr and Mrs Simpson had to make the agonising decision to leave China with Alice - and leave Jack behind, still in the care of Wei Wei’s parents. Mr and Mrs Simpson have made the decision to tell the kids both their parents are working abroad. But Wei Wei's family are not keen on letting Jack live in the UK, Mail on Sunday says.
