Finley Gannon, 19, from Skerries, Dublin was recovered from the waters in Balbriggan Harbour, north of the Irish capital on Saturday afternoon. The popular youngster was reportedly well-known in the local area with people showing “shock” at the tragic news. A source told Dublin Live : “The whole community is shocked and saddened at the loss of Finley. Please give your family the strength to get through this, you will be missed so much.
