Tineke Dixon, who was born with a hole in her heart, has undergone a heart, lung and kidney transplant PAA woman who was born with a hole in her heart and has had three transplants is to join a tall-ship voyage in what she describes as the adventure of a lifetime. Tineke Dixon, 46, from Exmouth, Devon, will leave Auckland on January 11 to sail into the Southern Ocean, around Cape Horn and on to the Falkland islands. She spent much of her childhood with severe illnesses that doctors could not treat at first.
