Both are grandsons of the late Jackie Healy-Rae, who was an Independent TD for Kerry South from 1997 to 2011. A third man is also facing charges related to the same matter. Kevin Healy-Rae, a disc jockey, is facing one charge of assault causing harm to the same man.
