At the scene, police found a large crowd crowded around a drain with a strong smell coming from it. After opening the drain, police found a decayed male body without his head. The corpse was wearing a T-shirt and long jeans and on there were left arm were green and red wristbands and a tattoo. He thought that the key might have dropped into the drain and used his mobile phone flashlight to look inside and was shocked to see a dead body. Police have not located the head of the deceased man and are treating the incident as a homicide, with the priority to establish his identification.
