Re: Wedding: The single most effective thing you can do right now is do no wedding work whatsoever. If he also does nothing, the big wedding won’t happen, and then you two can either elope or not depending on what you decide this means for the relationship. If Woes doesn’t want to marry someone who does that, that’s fine, but I don’t think he’s necessarily being intentionally manipulative.
