R J Photography Tom Francis, a 21-year-old rapper from Hawkes Bay has recently tipped Drake off the top spot in iTune's hip-hop album chart. One year ago Tom Francis was selling firewood, since then he's recorded with Wiz Khalifa's crew and topped Drake in iTune's New Zealand hip-hop album charts. Joshua Dey Francis' debut album Underestimated launched several weeks ago under the label Black Market Enterprises.
