He has now reported officers involved to Northumbria Police, which he hopes will open a new probe into the case and investigate for detectives for misconduct in public office. Harvey Proctor, one of those wrongly accused by VIP peadophile ring fantasist Carl Beech, has reported the Met Police to Northumbria Police over alleged criminality in the investigation.
